Time And Place Of Meetings
Meetings are usually held on the fourth Monday of each month, from September through June, beginning at 7:00 pm at The New Hartford First United Methodist Church, 105 Genesee St., New Hartford, NY.
Cancellations Due To Weather
If the New Hartford Public Schools are closed on the day of a scheduled meeting, the meeting will automatically be cancelled. Should poor weather conditions arrive late in the day, a telephone chain will be instituted to advise members of a cancellation.
All financial business should be completed by the meeting’s break. The treasurer should be called in advance regarding transactions. Deposits must be submitted in a sealed envelope, identified with the amount, name and deposit source.
Each member will be responsible for creating their own personalized name tag. These must be worn for each meeting.
Show and Tell
A “Show and Tell” session is held at each meeting and all attendees are encouraged to participate. Bring your items to show. It’s a great way to encourage and motivate others!
